• "Services" refers to all digital advertising, campaign management, and consulting services offered.
• "Client" refers to the individual or business engaging our services.
• "Website" refers to tradesadvertising.ca.

2. Services

TradesAdvertising.ca provides digital advertising services for Canadian trades professionals. Scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees are outlined in a Service Agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information for campaign setup
• Respond to feedback and approval requests promptly
• Maintain confidentiality of account access
• Comply with applicable laws

4. Fees and Payment

• Fees are outlined in pricing page or Service Agreement
• Payment terms are net 15 days from invoice
• Ad spend is separate from management fees
• All fees in Canadian Dollars (CAD)

5. Limitation of Liability

We cannot guarantee specific advertising results. Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and Canada.
